Ref. SCH# 1991041008 Only annexation into the City of Oxnard and detachment from the County of Ventura and related subsequent annexation actions are being requested. Land uses for the Project area were established in the NECSP (1993). The northern portion of the Project site is designated for 238 single-family homes (4.5 units/acre) and the southern portion is designated for 164 single-family homes (4.5 units/acre) for a combined total of 402 units on 89.5 acres. The southwest corner of he Project site is designated for six acres of neighborhood commercial (@ 78,400 sf) development at the maximum allowed Floor Area Ratio of 0.3 (2020 General Plan, pg. V-55). The remainintg 11 acres are designated as two linear parks and two street right of ways.
