- The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Fresno River Trail System Undercrossings at Schnoor Avenue Bridge. The proposed project includes the construction of a bike pathway along the south bank of the Fresno River and a small portion within the bed of the Fresno River at the bridges traversing from east to west.
