Document Description
The applicant requests a two Unit Tentative Map and Administrative Permit to subdivide an existing 99.6 acre parcel into 20 residential lots ranging in size from 1.00 to 38.58 net acres and for lot area averaging pursuant to Section 4230 of the Zoning Ordinance. The project site is located north of Old Highway 80 and Interstate 80 and Interstate 8, and east of Flinn Springs Road in the Lakeside Community Plan Area within unincorporated San Diego County Access would be provided by a private road off of Old Highway 80, Oak Creek Road, and private driveways off of Flinn Springs Road. Lots 2 through 11 of Unit 1 would be annexed into and served by the San Diego County Sanitation District. On-site septic systems would be provided for lots 12 through 20 of Unit 2, as well as lot 1 within Unit 1. Imported water would provided by the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Unit 1 would be a lot sales project. Unit 2 would be a tract build out project (except for lot #1).
