Document Description
The project is a subdivision of 99.0 net acres into 20 residential lots ranging in size from 2 to 23.6 net acres. The project site is located north of Old Highway 80 and east if Flinn Springs Road in the lakeside Community Planning Area within unincorporated San Diego County. Access would be provided by private roads off of Old Highway 80 and Oak Creek Road and a private driveway off of Flinn Springs Road. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported water from the padre Dam Municipal Water District. Earthwork will consist of the balanced cut and fill of 9,400 cubic yards of material.
