Document Description
Phase I of the project includes the construction of a 3,432 s.f. agricultural barn and a 425 s.f. greenhouse. The driveway would be upgraded by partial widening and repaving of the existing paved portion of approximately 945 lineal feet (8400 sf) and partial re-grading and paving of an existing, unimproved agricultural road of approximately 900 linear feet. Four 10,000 gallon water tanks would be installed to provide for potable water, irrigation water and water for the fire response. Phase II includes the construction of an approximately 2,403 s.f. farm employee residence with an attached 420 s.f. garage.
