Document Description
This project involves alterations to the existing ranger garage adjacent to the ranger's house. The garage is approximately 19 feet by 20 feet and has wall structure of stone and mortar with wood rafter and joist, sheeted roof and roof covering with an asphalt shingle. The structure in its current status is unusable and requires some minor work to support the future use. The work would consist of re-glazing four single pane windows, reinforcing the roof structure, re-sheeting and re-roofing. There is currently no operational electrical and further investigation would need to be performed to evaluate the capabllity.
