Document Description
The project is limited the removal of an existing culvert and the replacemetn (upstream approximately 100 feet) with a 4'x40' corrugated metal pipe. Rip rap and native dirt will be placed at both intet and outlet of culvert. Permittee will remove downed trees and broken chunks of concrete within unnamed tributary to Jackson Creek. The project will impact a total of 320 square feet of streambed (0.007 acres).
