Document Description
Construct a one room addition to existing manufactured home 12 feet on a privately owned manufactured home located on pad #1 at Mitchell Canyon at Mount Diablo State Park to increase living area. Work will install six concrete piers at a depth of 6 inches. Addition will be of like kind material and paint to match existing structure. All work will be performed by a licensed contractor and meet all California construction codes. Room addition will not be within the public viewshed.
