The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) has determined that Parcel Nos. 1610-2-1 through 1610-7-58, located along a 6.9-mile long corridor west of Metropolitan's Henry J. Mills Water Treatment Plant and comprising 83.6 acres, is surplus property. Metropolitan proposes to dispose of this surplus property in compliance with the Surplus property in compliance with the Surplus Lands Act contained in the California Government Code.
