Document Description
Replacing an existing gauging station with a Parshall flume, concete headwall, and equipment house. At the location of the flume and headwalls, the bed of the channel will be excavated down to bedrock or 4 feet deep, which ever comes first. Approximately 175 linear feet (11,375 square feet) of stream channel and bank will be associated with the Project. The banks downstream of the headwalls will be lined with 18-inch rock riprap. The banks will be excavated to a depth of 18-inches to accomodate the riprap. Fourteen (14) boulders within the banks and channel of the creek will be removed or reduced in size so that their surfaces are flush with the bottom of the channel.
