Document Description
Union Pacific Railroad Company (UPRR) proposes to replace aging culverts on its Canyon Subdivision in Plumas County, California. The culverts serve UPRR's mainline track running generally in a southwest/norteast direction through remote areas in Plumas National Forest in the vicinity of Paradise, California, The culverts are located along ephemeral and intermittent tributaries to the North Fork Feather River and Spanish Creek. The existing culverts are showing signs of age, and require replacement for the continued safe use of this rail line for passenger and freight services.
