Document Description
The Proposed Project would remove and replace an existing above-ground gas line using horizontal directional drilling equipment. Bore pits would be dug above the top of bank and outside of riparian habitat. The directional drill would pass approximately 35 feet below the streambed. Approximately 3,000 square feet of mulefat and arroyo willow vegetation may be trimmed to provide site access. Equipment used will include a backhoe, horizontal directional drill rig, vacuum truck, crane, flatbed and pickup trucks, and welders.
