Document Description
The California Department of Public Health, as responsiblie agency, will be issuing a loan to Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) from the State Revolving Fund Program. OMWD will be complying with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2), which will improve control of microbial pathogens in drinking water. Porject components are replacement/improvement of membrane filtration units, strainers, pump stations, aeration blowers, hydraulic energy recovery turbines, and appurtenant structure.
