Document Description
The California State Department of Parks and Recreation opened California Citrus State Historic Park in 1993 as a living historical museum reflecting the citrus industry heritage. At some point after the opening of the park, debris was dumped along the top and upper side of a slope measuring approximately 800 feet in length. The debris primarily consists of concrete rubble, dead vegetation, and minor amounts of irrigation piping. All trash/debris will be removed from the slope using a combination of an excavator and hand work, followed by the installation of Best Management Practices for erosion control.
