Document Description
The City of East Palo Alto (EPA) design and installation of new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, LED crosswalks, and traffic calming improvements on various City Streets, adds new impervious surfaces (sidewalks) in an amount less than 10,000 square feet, of which 1,100 square feet is within the Special Flood Hazard Area. The total project is estimated to include 24,000 square feet of impervious surface, of which less then 10,000 square feet is newly paved, which is under the threshold of the City's National Pollution Discharge and Elimination System Permit (NPDESP).
