Note: Extended Review Per Lead The proposed project would demolish an existing one-story commercial building (bowling alley and restaurant) totaling 42,200 square feet and construct a 141-unit apartment complex (56 DU/AC) and a parking structure. The project site would have a total of 232 parking spaces with 229 spaces in the parking structure and three surface parking spaces located adjacent to the leasing office.
