a The proposed amendments to the Zoning Code are specific to halo lit signs and are intended to provide greater flexibility with regards to sign lighting and design. The amendments will eliminate the limitation on size and number of halo lit signs and instead limit the size and number of halo lit signs to the maximum size and number allowed for the various sign types where halo lighting is allowed (i.e., hanging, monument, projecting, theater, and wall signs).
