The land application of Exceptional Quality (EQ) classified biosolids derived compost material as a soil amendment to agricultural lands as described in the City of Fortuna Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF) August 2010 Biosolids Management Plan (Management Plan). The City of Fortuna Municipal WWTF is located at 180 Dinsmore Drive in Fortuna. The 12 potential agricultural land application sites are located outside of the City of Fortuna boundary within Humboldt County.
