The project consists of improving three parcels at 1013 Douglas Avenue and 1061 Douglas Avenue. Redwood City, for use as a Bus Yard by the Sequoia Union High School District. The project will improve the sites and add two modular buildings to house the District's bus dispatch operations. A total of 82 parking spaces will be added, with 42 of these for buses and 40 for cars.
