Document Description
The project includes the construction of a new 91,000 GSF facility to replace the existing 1961 Taylor Hall Building. The project site is located at the southeast corner of the CSU Chico campus, adjacent to Kendall Hall and Laxson Auditorium. The new facility will consolidate the College of Humanities and Fine Arts and provide specialized instructional program space not available in existing campus facilities. The project also includes the demolition of the existing Taylor Hall and Yuba II buildings, which are obsolete facilities and exhibit numerous building system deficiencies.
