The proposed Astoria at Wilder project consists of a two-story, 39,336 sf congregate care facility. The project proposes 45-units of assisted living, of which 15 will be utilized for Alzheimer's and dementia patients. The project also proposes 17 stalls of surface parking and on-site landscaping improvements.
