Modification request to revise the layout of previously approved Kairos Public Charter School Campus (File No. 21-238) located at the northwest corner of Sunflower Street and Day Lily Drive, south of the Brighton Landing neighborhood park. The proposal consists of: (1) removal of plans for an Administration Building; (2) a new interim 4,320 sq. ft. modular building for 100 high school students in the independent study program; and (3) the expansion of the existing parking area to include 18 additional spaces. The anticipated usage of the modular building is five years or until the permanent high school classrooms are constructed, whichever occurs first.
