The Operator proposes to upgrade four storm drain outfalls and two culverts as part of a single-family residential neighborhood development on approximately 217-acres. The Project is located at Leisure Town Road and Elmira Road, Vacaville. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0308-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Steve Porath, Brighton Land, LLC.
