The project, which would be constructed on proposed Parcel 2, consists of one 6-story building with two elevators, and a leasing office on the ground floor. The site plan includes 144 on-site parking spaces with primary access on Allison Drive and secondary emergency access to the adjoining intermodal transit station parking lot. All units would be available to low-income households with incomes that are 80 percent or less of the Area Median Income, with the exception of two manager units.
