Document Description
This DEIR provides an assessment of the proposed City of Vacaville General Plan, published as a Draft for Public Review concurrently with this DEIR on October 25, 2013. The proposed General Plan replaces the City's existing General Plan, which was originally adopted in August 1990 and amended through 2013. The proposed General Plan is intended to guide development and conservation in the city through 2035. This DEIR also assesses the proposed Vacaville Energy and Conservation Action Strategy (ECAS). The proposed ECAS outlines strategies to reduce GHGE in compliance with the 2006 Global Warming Solutions Act.
