Document Description
Amendments to the Oakland Zoo agreement with the City of Oakland necessitated by a grant received for the California Trail Project, a component of the amended Oakland Zoo Master Plan. The existing 2005 agreement between the East Bay Zoological Society and the City of Oakland has been amended in order to satisfy state grant requirements for the California Trail project by (i) extending the term from October 31, 2019, to June 30, 2039; and (ii) eliminating an at-will termination clause.
