The Shasta Valley Resource Conservation District (SVRCD) is the lead agency for the Shasta River Tailwater Reduction Project located within the central portion of the unincorporated area of Siskiyou County, CA. In February of 2011 an IS and MND, prepared in accordance with CEQA, was prepared to evaluate the potential effects of the project and was circulated by the State Clearinghouse for a period of 30 days.
