Document Description
The project will remove existing water flow dissipation materials from below the outfall pipe, remove one native tree, and cut ~62 cubic yards of soil. Approximately 13 cubic yards of soil will be re-used to repair and replace the dissipation structure, along with 2 layers of biodegradable erosion control fabric. The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0106-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Paul Henning for Clayton Regency Mobile Home Park.
