The CA DFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0078-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, P&M Farms. The project is limited to construction of a 4 sf by 16 foot tall concrete sump and installation of a 16 foot long, 24 inch diameter pipe to allow for diversion of water purchased from Stockton East Water District conveyed through Potter Creek. The project will result in removal of ~27 cubic yards of material from the bed and bank of Potter Creek and subsequent placement of ~6 cubic yards limestone rip rap over the top of the sump and the disturbed areas of creek bank. All work is planned for times of no flow in the creek.
