Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0255-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sam Pan.
The Project includes grading the drainage, construction of an arch -culvert crossing over the drainage, and removal of riparian trees. Grading will take place along 70 lineal feet of the drainage, impacting approximately 105 square feet. Grading will occur in a section of the drainage where there is sub-surface water flow. The grading will result in a connection of surface flow between the reaches above and below the graded area. Half of a 12-inch corrugated aluminum plate culvert of 38 feet in length will be installed over pre-cast concrete footings. Graded material will be used to construct an earthen crossing over the culvert and the surface will be paved.
