Document Description
The Edgewood Plaza project was approved and a Final EIR was certified in April 2012, evaluating the impacts to allow the renovation of three commercial buildings. 10 new homes and a small park. Building 1, one of two historic buildings, was to be dissasembled.reconstructed at a new location onsite. The impact was determined to be a less than significant with mitigation measures. In September 2012 Building 1 was demolished and the mitigation could not be implemented. Under this revised project, Building 1 would be reconstructed with all new materials. All other aspects of the project would be consistent with the previously approved project evaluated in the 2012 Final EIR.
