Vesting Tentative Parcel Map T06-022 (4) to allow the 8.1 +/- acre parcel to be divided into four parcels of 2.0 +/- acres each, pending approval of the zone change. The project site is currently zoned RE-5 (Residential Estate, Five Acre Minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
