The project consists of adoption of a Specific Plan to guide the reuse of Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant. This is a 143 acre site that will be used for commercial development (7.62 acres) and industrial development. A portion of the site is already developed with more than 760,000 sf of industrial buildings. The Specific Plan addresses the permitted land uses and development standards.
