Document Description
Approval of a CUP, Design Review and Sign Height Exception to construct and operate a covered RV and Boat Storage facility, including an office building (Phase I), and future development (Phase II). The total site is 11.7 acres. Phase I will consist of apx. 8.95 acres of covered parking, a 2,185 sf office building, and a stormwater treatment area. The RV and boat storage canopies will provide apx. 170.320 sf of covered parking ranging from 12' to 17' high. Canopies are planned to be fitted with solar panels.
