Request by Edwin J. & Pearl M. Munak and Metro PCS for Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of: six (6) panel antennas mounted at a height of 50 feet above grade on a 58-foot faux pine tree (monopole), a 4.4 square-foot microwave cabinet, a 5.73 square-foot battery cabinet and a 9.85 square-foot radio cabinet. The facilities will be enclosed by a six-foot tall wooden fence. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 325 sf for the facilities and the temporary disturbance of approximately 400 linear feet for utility trenching on a 40 acre parcel.
