Document Description
California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing Amendment 5 of Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0130-R4, as amended, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, BAR 13 Solar, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct 16 at-grade road crossings and installation of underground electrical lines through 6 unnamed ephemeral streams within the Project site, impacting 1,126 linear feet of stream and 0.323 acres that are within Mojave creosote bush scrub, Joshua tree woodland, and Mojave mixed woody shrub communities. Amendment 5 extends the timeline to complete the Habitat Mitigation lands package from December 6, 2019 to February 6, 2021.
