Major Amendment No. 3 removes the wind element from the Project and associated habitat management (HM) Lands from the ITP, as amended by Amendments 1 and 2, revises that habitat disturbance associated with the solar element of the Project, revises the specific Kern County parcels required as HM Lands for the solar element, and updates how the endowment manager will be identified and how the endowment will be held and managed to be consistent with Government Code section 65965-65968 et seq., as amended.
