Document Description
The Project is the construction of a K-6 charter public elementary school with a capacity design for 560 students. There will be five separate buildings containing approximately 29,052 sf. There will be 18 classrooms, multi-purpose, full service cafeteria, kitchen/classroom to support the edible school garden and building that will have a library, computer lab, and administration office. All the buildings are modular and thus constructed off-site. Also, constructed will be approximately 21,600 sf of hard surface play area with landscaping.
