Note: Supplemental Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the proposed modified Tower No. 2 Project hospital expansion. This new EIR will be a supplemental to the FEIR (SCH# 2011021014) certified by the TRMC Board of Directors (Lead Agency) on November 2, 2011, and as also certified by the City of Tulare (Responsible Agency) as the environmental document for the Conditional Use Permit and Variance land use entitlements. The Modified Tower No. 2 project is still to be constructed immediately west and adjacent to Phase One Expansion (now under construction) on the "Main Campus" at 869 N. Cherry Street. Elimination of the proposed 5,116 sq. Truck Dock Building parking generation.
