Document Description
Cutting of tanoak and California bay trees and shrubs that are infected with Phytopthora ramorum, or within an area of approximately 100 meters from infected material. P.ramorum, also known as Sudden Oak Death, was confirmed in this isolated area and treatment is proposed to check the rapid spread of the disease. Trees cut will not be used for commercial purposes. Branch and leaf materials created will be chipped on-site, or burned at existing burn pile sites under permit.
