Document Description
DGS is proposing to upgrade the Black Mountain California Highway Patrol telecommunications facility to meet the CHP's Enhanced Radio System requirements. The CHP is currently leasing vault and tower space from San Luis Obispo County on Black Mountain, but the existing tower and vault does not have space for the future digital multi-channel equipment and antennae required by the CHP. San Luis Obispo County would like the CHP to vacate the tower and vault to provide room for future county needs.
