The Dry Creek and Homer Ranch Preserves are privately owned nature preserves that will be open to the public with a focus on low intensity nature- oriented recreation and outdoor education. The Dry Creek Preserve site will house most of the shared amenities, including one caretaker residence, public restrooms, a leach field, a demonstration garden, a gateway pavilion, and a viewing platform. Both site will have walking trails, interpretive signage, picnic areas, parking areas and fencing.
