Document Description
Replace the sewage disposal system for the five residences at Point Lobos Ranch to prevent the leach fields from failing. Work will abandon the existing septic systems and connect to the residences to the Carmel Area Waste Water treatment plant by excavating to install sanitary sewer cleanout area at each residence, connecting 4 inch PVC pipe to each cleanout, excavating approximately 1,404 lineal feet of 14 inch wide x 6 foot deep trenches, installing piping, excavating 4 foot wide by 5 foot deep to install two sanitary sewer manholes, excavating 8 foot long x 8 foot wide to install one 4 foot long x 4 foot deep underground sanitary sewer pump station.
