Document Description
The Project is the installation of an 89-foot by 16-inch culvert. A decomposed granite access route (16 feet across), overlayed with asphalt, will be constructed over the culvert. Straw will be added at the culvert inlet and outlet. A backhoe and caterpillar will be used to install the culvert and construct the road.
