The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as a Responsible Agency, will be providing funds for this project from the Proposition 84 Program. Diamond Park Mutual Water Company has proposed the construction of water distribution system to relieve deteriorated water mains and the threat of nitrate exceedance, within Diamond Park Distribution System, through consolidation with the City of Santa Ana.
