Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry to and execute a lease agreement with the non-profit Plumas Eureka Recreation District at Plumas Eureka State Park to operate the ski area and maintain the existing personal property and facilities on the property. All work conducted within the boundaries of the leased area including routine maintenance will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
