Document Description
The project will remove invasive, non-ative plants from Stephen's Grove within Humboldt Redwoods State Park to restore native habitat. Work will excavate up to 2 feet in depth to remove invasive non-native plants, primarily French broom and Robert's geranium, utilizing hand trowels, shovels, and weed wrenhes. All removed vegetation will be taken to a disposal area to be burned by State Park personnel. Work will be conducted by State Park personnel, CCC crews, CDC crews, and/or volunteers.
