Issue a right of entry to Laguna Beach Unified School District ("LBUSD") to complete a one-way egress driveway grading project which ties into Crystal Cove State Park's access road.
The purpose of this project is for the improvement of the roadways at the El Moro Elementary School. In doing so, it is considered necessary to complete the egrss driveway grading project.
