Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to connect two clusters of Deparment wells located in the vicinity of Division Drive in the City of Big Bear Lake by installing an approximate 8" pipeline between them (between 800 and 1,100 feet in length). The proposed pipeline will function as a blending facility to reduce the concentration of manganese below the California Department of Public Health's maximum containant level of 0.50 ppm.
