Improve the South Shore Maintenance Yard at Millerton Lake State Recreation Area to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA and meet current Health and Safety Guidelines). Work will demolish seven existing, deteriorated service yard buildings and construct new ADA compliant buildings, a boat storage shell, and a multi-purpose water station with an evaporation pond.
